Vigilant Personal es una App que se une a las soluciones que aporta la Plataforma Web de VIGILANT CONTROL HORARIO
Junto con el Fichador Biométrico (dispositivo fijo sobre pared conectado a la red GPRS) y la App Fichador VIGILANT (para Smartphone con lectura de tarjetas NFC) tiene
soluciones para gestionar TODAS las presencias y controles horarios de los operarios desplazados, grupos, rutas, presencias esporádicas, ocasionales…
La App. VIGILANT PERSONAL permite a los operarios autorizados para ello, fichar en el Centro de Trabajo donde se encuentran sin necesidad de dispositivos fijos o de la
gestión de supervisores.
Con VIGILANT PERSONAL, los fichajes de entradas y salidas están geoposicionados, proporcionando autenticidad y confianza.
Para realizar un fichaje solo debe pulsar en el botón Fichar y realizada la lectura podrá ser visualizada al instante en la plataforma web.
El proceso de fichaje es muy sencillo, el primer paso es elegir el Centro de Trabajo donde desea realizar la lectura, a continuación en caso de necesidad elegir el tipo de
fichaje y confirmarlo.
Así de sencillo y así de simple.
La PLATAFORMA WEB, le ofrece un servicio completo de informes comparativos y avisos como son:
