Publicis repOOHrt Perú fue desarrollada para facilitar el envío de información, generar transparencia y eficiencia a Publicis Media, de esta manera, se
automatizará el envío de los reportes tradicionales, los cuales involucran mucho trabajo para ser generados y enviados, traduciéndose en horas hombre en la edición de
fotos, creación de PowerPoint y PDF, resúmenes y consolidados por elementos y campañas, y pérdida del control y orden en los correos enviados, generando un gran aporte
en la estandarización de procesos en el mercado de OOH/DOOH, que es una necesitad que los principales clientes buscan.
En este documento, encontraras información más detallada de cómo su empresa debe pasar a efectuar los reportes de exhibición a todas las agencias de Publicis Media a
partir de Octubre de 2019.

Su empresa debe llenar el Excel de Información de los Elementos, con el “mismo formato” según el ejemplo adjunto, de esta manera, podremos ingresarlos a la plataforma, y
asignar los permisos y configuración necesaria para el trabajo de los motorizados. Después de realizadas las capturas de imágenes, las agencias de Publicis Media podrán
visualizar las imágenes y sacar reportes personalizados, desde la plataforma web.
