The VIVE remote for the Néa and Zenki, with this you are in control.
The App will function as a remote for the toys and it also gives you the opportunity to create your own vibration patterns. In this way you will be able to reach heights you've
never imagined possible. With the VIVE eggs you will feel absolutely special!
If you have trouble connecting your VIVE device to your Android Mobile Phone, please check the following issues;
- Make sure you have the latest version of both the app and android.
- Please check that your Bluetooth is active and the toy is switched on.
- Make sure you give the app permission to use your location, you can do this by following these steps:
1. Go to settings on your android device
2. Go to application manager
3. Press on the VIVE app
4. Press on permissions
5. Activate location
- Please make sure the cache memory of your Mobile Device isn’t full. Clear your cache by following these steps:
1. Press on the bottom left of your phone to open the menu.
2. Press on the circle diagram.
3. The menu "active applications" will open. Here you press the "stop all" button at the bottom.
