1회용 컵 보증금제도 운영을 위한 판매사업자(보증금대상사업자)용 어플리케이션입니다.
● 2022년 6월 10일부터 전국 주요 커피 판매점, 패스트푸드점 등을 대상으로 1회용컵 보증금제도가 시행됩니다.
● 판매사업자(보증금대상사업자)는 1회용 컵으로 음료류를 판매할 때 제품 가격과는 별도의 보증금을 부과하고, 사용한 1회용 컵을 반환하는 소비자에게 판매처에 관계없이 보증금 전액을 돌려주어야 합니다.
● 소비자로부터 반환받은 1회용 컵은 재질별로 구분·보관하여, 적절하게 재활용될 수 있도록 수집․운반사업자에게 위탁하여 처리해야 합니다.
● COSMO 자원순환보증금(판매사업자) 앱으로 1회용 컵의 반환처리 업무와 관리시스템의 주요 업무를 빠르게 이용할 수 있습니다.
※ 사업자 총괄담당자의 회원가입은 1회용 컵 보증금 및 처리지원금 관리시스템 (https://cupcms.cosmo.or.kr)에서만 가능하며, 앱에서는 업무담당자만 가입할 수 있습니다.
