The CAFAM compensation fund offers a series of advantages to the citizens of Colombia that can help them receive a subsidy and various aids.

that offers non-profit services to Colombian citizens.
Its funds come from 4% of each payroll that is paid in the country.
The objective of a CAFAM is to pay the person who requests it a monthly subsidy in the following cases:
If you have a dependent child.
If you care for a disabled person.

CAFAM affiliation requirements

adding your salary to that of your partner, the total amount reaches four or six times greater than the SMLV, the subsidy would be granted to only one of the two people.
With dependents. Specifically, it is specified that you must take care of siblings under the age of 18 who are orphans (of father and mother).
It is also possible to apply for aid if the worker's parents are over 60 years old, do not receive any type of income and do not have another child already affiliated with
